From the Wall Street Journal Online: Food-service provider Aramark Corp. said Tuesday it agreed to a sweetened acquisition offer by an investor group led by its chief executive, a deal valued at $8.3 billion, including $2 billion in debt. The stock price (RMK) is down $.30 this am.
